Two new Junior Analysts to Katalysen

23/04/2021

With six new venture partnerships in the Spring Cohort of 2021, Katalysen is growing rapidly. To strengthen the operational team, we are proud to present two new coworkers. This week, Rita Nordström och Anna Pilz Sonnby joined Katalysen as Junior Analysts.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome two more colleagues to Katalysen. Anna and Rita are key additions to our team, which signifies an important step in continuing our ongoing growth journey, while remaining an excellent venture partner”, says Peter Almberg.

Rita Nordström:

Being born into a family of entrepreneurs, Rita gained an early insight into the challenges that management teams face and found that the solution to these problems was often technology-driven. This drove her to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) with a master’s in Computer Sciences. Prior to joining Katalysen, Rita has worked with creating impact by finding sustainable heating solutions in the Indian Himalayas and as a CTO of a Stockholm-based tech start-up with the mission of innovating how freelancers collaborate. Rita is passionate about sustainability and believes that technology is one of the most powerful tools for making an impact.

Anna Pilz Sonnby:

Anna is working alongside her studies at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm where she is studying Industrial Engineering and Management, currently pursuing her master's in Machine Learning. Prior to joining Katalysen Anna has worked at SEB with financial reporting, and at ALEQUI — a Stockholm-based e-commerce startup — working with business development. Following her combined interest in finance and growing startups, Anna joined Katalysen in April 2021. Anna is passionate about creating value and growing businesses by finding new and innovative solutions.
