Swiperoom announces strategic partnership & merger plans with Bytboo

Katalysen Ventures is pleased to inform that it's portfolio venture Swiperoom (https://www.swiperoom.com), the next-generation housing platform with a focus on inspiration, has entered a strategic partnership with Bytboo (https://bytboo.com) with the intention to merge later this year. In conjunction with this collaboration, Swiperoom has secured external funding to support its operations for the remainder of the year.

Swiperoom revolutionizes the housing market by curating, categorizing, and identifying homes and interior design elements in images, providing a simpler and more enjoyable way for housing and interior design enthusiasts to explore the real estate market.

Bytboo is an AI-powered solution with a unique algorithm for tracking and analyzing historical property sales in Sweden. The company assists users in valuing their homes and in identifying which real estate agents can achieve the highest selling prices.

"By combining Swiperoom's expertise in home and interior design with Bytboo's AI solution, we can deliver greater value to our customers and be better positioned to tackle the challenges and opportunities facing our industry," said Kurdi Johansson Rad, CEO of Swiperoom.

"Swiperoom holds a unique position in the market, effectively harnessing the immense interest in home decor and homes for sale. We see tremendous potential in collaborating with Swiperoom," stated Herman Treschow, CEO of Bytboo.

"We would like to express our gratitude to both existing and new investors who have shown their confidence in us and share our vision. We are humbled by the significant investor interest, especially given the current market conditions. This partnership and the recently closed investment round mark an exciting phase of growth and development for Swiperoom and Bytboo. We look forward to making a positive impact on the market together," concluded Kurdi Johansson Rad, CEO of Swiperoom.
