Katalysen establishes turn-around team to lead the transformation of portfolio company Aike Media AB

Aike Media is a technology and marketing company within social media, with a proprietary platform for influencer marketing and data-driven campaigns.

At Katalysen, we are now taking a comprehensive approach to the future of our portfolio company Aike Media by establishing a dedicated turn-around team that will assume operational leadership of the company. Our objective is to build a strong, scalable and growth-oriented platform.

Martin Krona will assume the role of operational leader of the turn-around team and will be responsible for executing the company’s new growth agenda. He has a long and distinguished background in the media and communications industry, including serving as former CEO of WPP Media Sweden, where he successfully led the company through periods of strong growth. Since then, he has been active as an entrepreneur and strategic advisor within marketing, martech and digital transformation through his own company, Kronas AdVenture.

We see significant potential in Aike Media’s platform. Combined with Martin Krona’s extensive background in the media industry, we believe the conditions are highly favorable for creating substantial growth and long-term value in the company. The turn-around team will work in a structured manner with strategy, organization, business development and commercialization in order to accelerate Aike Media’s development.
