A powerful catalyst, unlocking the full potential of entrepreneur-led ventures.

About Us

Our venture development model offers exclusive access to scarce resources for entrepreneur-led ventures, and unique investment opportunities for partners. Through equity and options, we ensure careful alignment of interests and win-win outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

Our History

Katalysen was founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneurs, based on years of experience from both more successful and less successful businesses, to be the perfect partner for early-stage ventures.

Our Vision

Early-stage ventures are key to finding, testing, and scaling critical innovation. More innovation will flourish if more experience can be systematically invested into the segment in sustainable partnerships.

Our Mission

To be the best possible, long-term partner for entrepreneur-led ventures, to encourage other investors & experts to adopt similar venture developer models, and to generate exceptional returns for all stakeholders involved.

“Even the most robust economies have a surplus of ideas that never reach consumers. In the US, for example, just 5% of all active patents are ever licensed or commercialized. If we want to reverse these trends and maximize innovation output, we need more hands-on investors and mechanisms for funding the commercialization of smart ideas.”
