At Katalysen, we currently focus our efforts on a set of five core investments that together represent more than 70% of our portfolio’s total value. The estimated total market value of these five core investments corresponds to roughly SEK 10 per share, without the inclusion of the rest of the portfolio.
A good example is InvitePeople, which has undergone a remarkable transformation:
Alongside this financial transformation, InvitePeople has launched a new Partnership and White Label strategy aimed at scalable international expansion. The company already serves more than 100 large clients directly, and is now working with leading players in adjacent industries such as Travel & Meeting Management, Venue Sourcing, and Venue Management. Such partners have several thousand large clients of their own, providing access to a customer base many times larger than InvitePeople’s current direct reach.
The fact that leading international companies want to partner with InvitePeople is a strong testament to the quality and differentiation of the platform. Several of these contracts are expected to be announced during the autumn, which will have a significant impact on valuation. Importantly, a white-label model also means that InvitePeople increasingly positions itself as a tech provider with significant scalability — a very exciting trajectory.
As part of this initiative, Momentus, the global leader in Venue Management, will host its major user conference Illuminate in March 2026 in Copenhagen using the InvitePeople platform. This boosts InvitePeople’s international visibility and provides valuable references for future business.
InvitePeople is just one of our core investments now demonstrating this kind of momentum. Taken together, these five core investments form the foundation of our portfolio’s value creation — and we will increase our coverage of them going forward, to make it easier for the market to understand both our current value and the significant potential ahead.
